Hey guys. So I went to this site to try to recover my radio code https://radio-navicode.acura.com/
I put in my info and it says my serial number does not march the VIN. WTH ? I am the second owner but this is a stock radio. How do I get my radio code ?

 

There should be only one 5 digit code for radio and Navi system. I gave the website a try and got the correct radio code along with the correct make/model of MDX. Any chance you had a typo when inputting the VIN or S/N for the radio? Not sure if you can see your device S/N in the MDX when you don't have the radio/navi code? My device S/N is an 11 alphanumeric code AMB2800XXXX, you might have used the wrong radio/navi code?

 

I held down the first and the sixth preset and turned on the radio, that gave me the S/N code on the radio screen. I am sure it was the right one. Is that the wrong place to get the code ?

 

call dealer or Acura Customer care.

 

Apparently despite what the internet says, if you have Nav this is NOT the way to get the full code. I called Acura care and they walked me thru a whole bunch of other steps which gave me the correct code.
