BT45-HON3 vs BT45-ACU

Anyone know what is the difference between these two BT45-HON3 and BT45-ACU? Did something change from 2006 to 2007?

2006 MDX recommends BT45-HON3
2007 MDX recommends BT45-ACU

They look the same??
