Hi There,

I work for an Acura dealer in Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada. I have one client that has a 2009 MDX tech model who is having problems with their bluetooth. It won't understand her 6's or 8's. She is a well spoken older women whom to my ear doesn't have any discernable accent.

I have tried everything I can think of. Having her speak slower, faster, louder, softer, deeper, higher I have tried having her change her inflextion and as many of those combinations as I could think of.

I little background on her. She was raised mennonite, went to school in an english school but spoke low german at home. She is in her mid 60's and is all of five foot nothing in height.

Some help is greatly needed.

This may sound like a silly question, but does it understand your 6 or 8s?

 

Yeah it has no issues with my voice or a half a dozen other people around the dealership. We even tried having her in the passanger seat and the drivers seat to make sure that there wasn't some kind of issue with where the microphone was positioned or pointing or anything like that, but to no avail.
