I have '04 MDX touring model, recently I noticed that whenever I go over puddle of water, my battery indicator comes on, and jams my steering wheel. Very hard to turn for few seconds, till the light go away. Dealer tells me that serpentine belt tensioner needs to be replaced and along with that I am better off replacing belt as well since I have close to 70K miles. I see that condition of belt is pretty good, so I am wondering whether adjusting tensioner would help instead of going whole nine yards.

Need some expert advise here.
