hi i have a 2007 mdx teck pac and i bought this car in canada and the car is a us spec car. i put the key in the car and was fooling around with the locks and the car turnd on i could take out the keys and walk away the car would still be on till i pushed the bracks then te car would turn off im just woundering if it has an auto start and how do i use it.if anyone can help me

ps it doesnt have a seperate button on the remote to start the jeep it just started one day as i was playing with the locks with the keys in the ignition

yes it sounds like your car was equipped with a remote start. I just got a viper 5701 and i love it. The one on your vehicle might be activated when you press unlock on your remote 2 or 3 times. Also the "pit stop" feature is what you must have activated but pressing the unlock button 2 or 3x in the car.

It works on any car. You should go to a car stereo/electronics shop to see how much it would be installed. Best buy also installs them.
