Hey guys i know i put this on here before but got deleted.
i have a 08 mdx
168k miles
I keep getting the emissions light on with code of a large leak and a minor leak
I have changed the cap, purge valve, charcoal canister and filters between
i have gotten a smoke test with no results
(i did realize that the old canister sent some charcoal done the hoses all the way to the purge valve)
my gas mileage fluctuate alot.. for example i would have it read like 340 miles till empty and they all of a sudden bounce up to 400 then back down after a while
Any thought maybe someone had the same problem or anything i can do or get done to resolve my annoying issue

Are you the original owner?
Is your repair shop a shop that specializes in "Imported cars"?
Just like the benefits of asking questions on a dedicated MDX Forum, there are benefits from working with a dedicated Import repair shop.

And i took it to the dealership to get it checked out
could be a few things:
1. Bad Fuel tank pressure sensor (FTP) or bad o-ring on the sensor
2. broken wire between the system and the ECU causing the system to not function properly.
3. Crack/leak in fuel tank
The service manual states to put a vacuum system on the gas tank and monitor the fuel tank pressure sensor and see how the values change. If it doesn't bad FTP. If it does but not according to how the pressure is there may be a leak/crack somewhere.

If you do buy anything from that site use code acurazine for 5% off.
according to the diagram it looks like it is seperate from the entire canister assembly, part no 48 for the sensor, no 6 for the assembly:
