2012 Acura MDX left rear camber
Got new tires and had alignment done. Initially, left & right front Toe, left camber & Toe were out of spec. Three were brought into spec. Left Rear Camber remained out of spec and became worse.
Initial = -1.27
Final = -1.33
Spec min = -1.25 max = 0.25
Should I be concerned?
I was told by PEPboys that changing others caused this one to be out and there's nothing they could do without some type of suspension (eg spring) replacement. Is this bull?

out of spec TOE will eat tires. as long as your toe is in spec, camber can be out of spec without eating tires.
and looking at the specs, camber is very slightly out of spec. NOTHING to be concerned of! if it were 2 or 3 degrees out, would be a minor concern but can be fixed with a camber kit. with camber being out .5 degrees, it wont drastically change anything

My rear camber is out on my 11 MDX Adv at -1.3 left rear and -1.4 right rear. I just make sure I rotate and then cross rotate my tires on every oil change to spread out the wear. I still got +50,000 miles on my Conti DWS tires. There is a camber kit for the 07-13 MDX; but, it doesn't fit the sport or Adv models with magnetic suspensions.

07 acura mdx sport.
My kit came with a bracket (for each side), which sandwiched between one of the tightening nuts and the main extra large nut.
When I converted to non ads, I left the bracket(s) and when I accepted Acura's extended ads warranty, the bracket(s) remained on the adjuster(s).
I agree that the OP doesn't need to buy the kit, but they are available.

Maybe, I'm misreading your post, however, when I ordered my rear SPC camber kit, I specified my year, make and model.
