Amber Sasnette

My ignition switch/column died in Dec, and it’s been sitting in my driveway until now (May). We had to replace battery after the ignition column was rebuilt and is working. Now, none of the windows nor the moonroof will roll up or down from driver side or any individual switch. Also the air only blows warm air. All of this was completely fine before the ignition switch/column was replaced. Is there some sort of general reset? Any ideas what is wrong and if it’s something I can try at home (both for air and windows)?
