The radio in my wife's 07 Sport randomly stops working after it sits overnight or longer. The red security light blinks but does not turn or work. However, if I pull the 40 amp main fuse under the hood for a few seconds and repace, it will come back to life. Of course I have to Re enter the code. Then sometimes days, or weeks later it does it again.

It's quite annoying.

Anyone else have a similar issue with a permanent fix?

 

are the battery terminals secure and tight?

 

Yes, and the battery is new. It also has the extra ground strange added. (believe there is a TSB on that)
