Hey all, 37K on the 2006 so far, this light is coming on once in a while per the wife. I had it come on during a 500 mile drive yesterday and I did not notice anything odd.

Any quick suggestions on things to check? I was going to check the airbox setup and makes sure all the adjacent sensors looked okay (oil change would have been the last time someone was in there).

 

I think this just comes on at routine intervals since the last time it was reset. Mine is flashing now too, I have to just reset it.

'press and hold the select and reset buttons on the right side of the guage cluster. Turn the ignition to run (II), the light will flash once, then stay on steady. hold the buttons with the ignition in run until the light turns off.'

 

Its just mileage based. I think its more of annoying than helpful.

 

Thanks guys, I turned off the light last night, thanks for the instructions. I'll check over all the fluids though this weekend.

 

I think it comes on every 5K miles or so for oil changes.

Mine flashes for a while before being completely on, then I just reset it.
