I would say to call your service manager. I'm sure he has an address... or at least a phone number, of who to contact at Alpine.

BTW, welcome to the forums. Your thread has been moved to the MDX model forum where it will get more attention from other MDX owners.

 

When my '04 needed a fix the service dept took care of it during an oil change. They worked it into the warranty as there was little charged against it during the 4 years. I just paid a small charge for labor.
