Does anyone know if the comfort/sport switch will light up even if the ADS is not working?

I'm asking b/c i'm not sure if the bulb is out on mine, or it just doesn't lite b/c the ADS is not working.. (which its not on mine)

I get a digital display for a few seconds on my M.I.D. when I engage sport/comport modes? Do the 07-09 have the same thing? I'm with you about not know which mode without the light, it is hard to tell sometimes.

 

the 07-09's have a push button with a (assuming) green light on it in the center console below the gear selector... I haven't seen any indication on the MID except for when it warned us it had failed.

 

On page 354 on the 2007 owner's manual shows you should have the exact same M.I.D. display as the +10 model when you engage the system (Picture of the MDX on a road with the work "Sport" or "Comfort" above it).

I'm thinking if you don't get the display, the ADS might not be engaging.

 

thanks for the user manual! Yeah, I saw the msg about it not working when I bought it... so I guess it just disables everything until its fixed.
