$71 Bolt Cover?

Hello - I recently realized a bolt cover was missing on the body of my 2010 MDX by the tailgate (please see circled area in the attached). From calling the parts department, I am told the part number is 71503-S3V-A00YE. This is coming up as a $71 item. I would appreciate any insight as to how this could be and if there is anway to get it at reasonable price (e.g., online junyard (would apprecite recommendations), etc.). Thank you.

car-part.com to search online junkyards or even ebay might be your better options .

Or better yet, just ignore it and save 70 bucks

The reason it's so expensive is it's painted to match the bumper. You can buy generic plugs from autozone and spraypaint it to match.
