I'm trying to remove the cover for the engine air filter but one of the bolts spins freely and won't loosen. Almost like the metal sleeve the bolt is threaded into is spinning freely inside the plastic. The other 3 come out fine. Has anyone else had this problem? How do I take the bolt out?

 

 

^ Should be either 2x 10mm or 12mm bolts / one next to the battery, and the other under the plastic cover on the top right
