Thanks.
No those were HIDs, probably Kensun.
Then switched to an amber leds later on.
I used ZXE for my upper fogs once. They were pretty good as in brightness but color output was 4K i have to say.
I did try HIDs for upper fogs too, that was the best output ever in this car. So much brightness on the road.
If brightness is what you want, retrofit a projector lens in the fog and use HID. Wouldn't fit in an Inspire fog but, maybe Accord fog... that's what I did with my BRZ's fogs.

So I replaced with a set of the smoked Inspires. I love the look with the blacked out headlights. I thought I had a pair of 5000K HIDs to put in, but it turns out it was one 6000K and one 5000K. I need to place a bulb order to get them perfect. I know I need pics. I'll try to get some up today or tomorrow.

Thanks, Anil! I got lucky the mesh didn't get messed up when I hit the road debris.
Happy to help!
I use 35W Slim Ballasts from DDMTuning. Their Raptor kits aren't bad either. H11 is the bulb size. I've found that 5000K matches the 85122+ bulbs very nicely.

Nice job, Dave! Looks great...
Any HID kit will work just fine in the housing. I recently switched the look to led and love it.

Shit man those colors on nbp are crazy. This is one of those situations when having SSM kind of restricts the choices I have. I don't think I can go as crazy with colored lights. Yellow perhaps? How does a nice yellow look on silver?

Steven Bell and ggesq, there are 2 thread have info about Inpire Fogs but missing details and install information.
That's is why I wanted to create another thread. I will fill it with install infos and I am guessing Undying Dreams will as well.. (will install with rockstar143)
Lately, some members also had question about Inspire Fogs also.. might be helpfull
-----------
First of all, yes these fogs are height adjustable as some members told me, but it's not the inside reflector that moves.
Whole fog unit is inside a box looking plastic cover. Headlight unit moves up and down.
So in order for you to adjust them after you do the install, you have to leave a gap in front of the fender.
If you want to do perfect job by installing the fog unit by the front edges, then you won't be able to adjust them. Since it's actually the unit that's moving, not the inner reflector.
==Here what it came with..
^ I couldn't figure out where these go. Doesn't fit anywhere
Here, I adjusted it to highest level
As you could see the front of the fog lifts up but the back cover stays still.
This is what I am using. 5k from HIDEXTRA
and these fogs take bulb type h11
Not bright as I expected.
Classic lower fogs as any other cars. Reflector is so smilar to friends CLK320
In this picture, I am holding the fog as it is installed to the car. Angled as it will be when installed to the fenders.
Yes left side is a little bit more bright. As I mentioned, just like regular fogs
My Osram 5K CBI's look yellowish after these 5k HIDEXTRA but may be because they are new..
This picture is right after I turned on the fogs actually
rockstar143, I would say definitely check it after you install them. You have to keep the fog perfectly straight. I moved it up a very little, and it screwed my cutoff from that distance.
meh..they are bright actually
Will install it tomorrow...hoping to if it's nice outside
Website I got them from
Honda Accord K11 JDM Inspire Fog Lights 03-07
The two threads I found out some info about these fogs
Inspire Fog Lights Installed - ABP TL - AcuraZine Community
Fog lights for '04-'06 3G - AcuraZine Community
Let me gather the pictures also...

Hey Rockstar, I know that this is an old post but I was wondering what bulbs you are/were using for your upper fogs. I’m having a hard time finding a good amber bulb. I’m finding a lot of yellows but like your turn signals I’m running Amber led’s and I want them to match the upper fogs like the set up you have. Hope this post finds you and thanks for the info if it does!
