Yeah, without the ultrasound (this is where Canada's healthcare system is challenging) yet (I'm in the queue), we won't have a true diagnosis. I'm praying it's just a strain and not a micro-tear or something.

One of the mgrs in an adjacent group had a huge effing brace on for the past month..
I chop it up with him once in a while.. finally got to asking if someone cranked down on a kimura on him..
Said he had bone spurs which generated a cyst in his shoulder.. let it go for so long all his muscles atrophied in his shoulder..
Had surgery to grind it down and clean it up.. Finally got all the braces off this week.. going to PT next week.
Shiettt.. good thing I keep both arms strong.
I chop it up with him once in a while.. finally got to asking if someone cranked down on a kimura on him..
