does the 04 tl have a timing chain?

does the 04 tl have a timing chain?
If so when should I replace it? im hearing that the timing belt has to be replaced every 105k is that the same thing?

no timing chain. Timing belt is what you're thinking about, and expect it to be around 105k. the computer should tell you when.

I had the car for a year and just a month ago and realized it had all that in the computer.
