Old Concept, New Solution - Blinking 3G TL OEM sidemarkers

So I once had the Gerzand dual relay soldered module that I made...passenger stopped working properly and remade it, only for it to fail again.

I ended up removing them completely and revisited with the usr blinking depo switchbacks.

I've since gone back to amber and oem and kinda wanted the blinking effect for safety. Purchased these modules from Bob at Modifry for my S2000...which has sidemarkers with reverse functionality (they signal but don't stay on with parking lights without the module).

I emailed him asking what he thought about them working for the TL and he said they should work fine and that others have reported that they do for other cars. Tried them today and they work perfectly.

Same as before, on with parking lights...alternating blink unless off, then they blink in sync. I had the parking light wire soldered/tapped/tied off so my install was really easy...other than being lazy and cracking one side when I pried it off

Basically, very nice solid terminals...you cut your oem wires and screw the terminals down on both sides and one to the parking lights and it's a done deal. An hour install total...

This is not really a DIY since I'm skipping the tapping to parking light portion...you'd remove wheel and wheel well to access that.

He's not interested in becoming a vendor or trying to pitch this to anyone else so this thread is really just me wanting to share that it works with you all in case you have wanted to the functionality.

Google Modifry to find the site. Not sure I'm supposed to link anything.

You're welcome, man!
Easy, cheap reliable solution. I wish I'd known about this a few years ago.

And Will, me too, man! I had USR's but sometimes they'd pop out and they do look different than the oem. I ended up going amber again so the oem's made most sense to me.
