Nope... you also need the JDM/EDM mirrors themselves.

Federal law requires outside mirrors to fold or break away.

I knew they folded, but decided to,ahem,test it on the snowblower handle as I pulled into my garage the other week.
The mirror folded in very easily and thank God I didn't damage my snowblower, LOL

My snowblower is worth it's weight in TSX's this year, I'd be in traction somewhere without it !

LOL, no sadly it's not, great machines I hear...a bigger beast than shown in the pic, a Murray Snow King.
I'm going to go out on a limb and retire it from service this weekend....get the lawnmower and trimmer set to take center stage.
