Wow, you've been busy.

Looks awesome!

I'm surprised you didn't do anything else to the motor while it was apart. Is the muffler in?

I have to take advantage of my end of the year 2 month vacation time while i can

I contemplated it, In fact i have 2 v6 ecoboost turbos sitting in my garage i bought just incase i needed to build a new motor. Ive tossed around the idea of putting them on this motor, but im not sure how long it would last with 6-9psi Maybe a springtime project.

Yep, both mufflers are in (and with the custom exhaust mounts there is finally NO more typical TL exhaust sway, but im still not completely happy with the sound. I may make version 4.0 this winter to fine tune the sound. Its almost there, just not quite happy with the 1/2 throttle 3k rpm sound (which ive tuned out from being a constant rasp under all throttle/rpm in version 1)

Thanks. I'm looking for something different than the norm. I'm thinking about a copper lip and a charcoal metallic ( much like the anthracite metallic acura had on the 2nd Gen or if u look closely my grille cross bar) for the spokes

I could see the anthracite working, not a fan of the bronze.
Otherwise, love it. Project has come together nicely.

Have you considered a gunmetal color for the wheels?

The whole wheel. But, if you just want to color, say, the edge of the rim, I what do you think about red?

I am only asking...would have to see it.

IMO I wouldn't do gunmetal on the whole wheel. Some of the gunmetal colors look very blue. I would at least verify the color before going forward with it.

But with dark forest green paint I'd definitely stay in the dark grey family of colors for the wheels.

Color match the lip...
do Glacier Frost Mica on the spoke area...

You are going to address the front/camber and stance, right? That's the only thing you need in my opinion and with how much work you put in...it better sit right.

I thought about color matching the lip. I just saw the copper grey combo and kinda liked it.

As for stance I'll drop the front 20mm (the lower perch on the koni shocks)which makes it flush with the fender if I were to go to a show/meet but being my dd and seeing 50k miles a year and some of the places I travel to I need that little bit of ground clearance and . Bags would be nice to get

You have a quasi-murdered look going for you so you mine as well stay consistent with the rims! Would look bad ass imho. Silver rims would go better in the TL's with the chrome door handle/trim as it gives them an accent.
