Intake troubles

Sooo, I removed my intake hose to clean my throttle and egr valve and I ran into an embarrassing issue... I'm having trouble reinstalling the intake hose lol. Any tricks or tips to get it back on? I'd remove the air box, but I have a couple seized screws(I was hoping it wouldn't be an issue)

Is a matter of angle most of it.. Grab it firmly and try to install it with an angle then giggle it to place. Dont try to install it directly flat because that is almost in-humanly possible.

silicone spray lube or wd40 or deep creep will aid in slipping rubber parts over metal

thats not how to clean the EGR SYSTEM!!
dont know who told you just the valve for it
That job requires removal of the complete intake manifold from the engine,
and to the workbench for cleaning with 3 cans carb cleaner and a wire coat hanger
= to poke crud free thru the length of manifold- thru the manifolds internal egr passage
See diy section for info
