1999 Acura 2.3 CL I have been overheating on idle when turning on ac. Daughter drove to hot brought car back with blown radiator. She said it shut off on her after cooling down it restarted but bleu white smoke out tailpipe. I have new battery and replaced radiator. Car crankschard but wont start. Tapped on starter while cranking. Pulled spark plug wire and getting sparkvwhen turning over. Has gas in tank. Multiple problems what should I do to get started (already tried jumping just in case) once car starts I still need to figure out why its overheating when ac is turned on. Both fans are working. Thanks for your input and advise.

Your getting antifrezze into your cylinders is why its hard to start and the white smoke out the exhaust.
most likely a blown headgasket but maybe cracked head or cylinder.
drain the oil and report back.
I assume you will find a excessive volume of fluid coming out.

time to rebuild or replace engine. from the sounds of it, it got severely overheated. F22s are a dime a dozen so getting one should not be that hard.

before you put it in, install new timing belt, tensioner, and water pump

unfortunately the diagnosis is not good. instead of rebuilding follow suggestion of sourcing a replacement motor.
