Electrical issues?
So the other week, i was driving and my car suddenly lost ALL POWER. I pulled to the side and popped the hood and i found out my negative terminal had completely fallen off. so i hooked it back up and it was all okay again.
Yesterday, my battery light came on and i figured it was the alternator. I did the "headlight test" where i rev the engine with the headlights on to see if they flicker or anything. They didnt. I did the negative terminal test where i turned on the car and pulled the negative terminal to see if the car continued to run or not. It kept running so it wasnt the alternator... right?
I brought it to autozone and they said that battery was okay and that i couldnt test the alternator unless the battery was charged. But i figured it' cant be the alternator because of the tests i did before. maybe a loose wire or a bad battery or something? I dont know.
Now my seat belt beeping indicator beeps before I even start the car. I dont know how to fix that either..
I called to get a quote for an alternator replacement just in case and its already 300$ for the part. Is there a cheaper way to do this? I did it on my 06 TL but i'm not sure if the 07 Type S is any different or not.
I just need help. any suggestions?

Get a battery tender and charge your battery before buying an alternator.
Check and tighten all cables.

I believe you need to troubleshoot everything before just throwing parts at the problem as it could save you money
or just throw parts at the problem until it goes away.
