Don't be an ass, Thoi... Mods were about to lay the smack down in the last thread.
I'm curious too! Also wondering if OPs TLX had some serious issues and what year his TLX was.

I'm actually cross-shopping them as well. My not-so-short list is currently composed of the TLX, RDX, RLX-hybrid, NX, and RX. The sedans on the list are so tame in terms of driving excitement that I have to consider the added functionality of an SUV.

Me? I traded my TLX in for the new Q60. I wanted to stay with Acura but I've been wanting to go back to a coupe for quite sometime and I don't believe Acura has one in its near future so I had to jump... besides I was in love with the Q60... my short list was #1. Q60, #2. Wait for '18 Audi S5, #3 RC, #4 C Class Coupe... Q60 won.

I'll get some pics. Was also considering a GS350 CPO and new RDX. The RDX would have been more money and it is about to be a redesign. I think I am done with Honda.
The F-sport RX caught my eye and I really liked it. I think it might handle better than the TLX. The ride is a little hard and it has some rattles. The engine and 8-speed auto is really smooth, great tranny. Sound system and quality all around is much better than TLX.

That's two completely different vehicles. What didn't you like about the TLX and what made you switch to an SUV? I'm surprised you didn't pick up a Lexus sedan.

Sorry you didn't enjoy the TLX but, different strokes for different folks.
I am surprised that the MDX wasn't a cross-shop consideration. But I will say that where Lexus falls short of Acura when it comes to $ value, they make up for it in terms of quality. The plentiful use of good leather in so intoxicating too.

I test drove the Q60 with the 300. Very nice interior and exterior. The only thing I was so disappointed with it was the exhaust. Holy cr@p, Inifiniti made it sooo quiet. I was missing the whole G35/G37 deep noise the whole time.
I also test drove the Q50 Red Sport. I was very impressed with the 400HP.

With the turbos obviously the exhaust note will change, but I guess you'll only miss it until you step on the throttle, and feel the response.

Great to hear and I am glad you are enjoying it thus far! Infiniti is one of the manufacturers I get a discount on through my employer so even more incentive and I will test drive one for sure when I am ready to get my next car, which will probably be within the next year.

the 2013 is the previous model which isn't as smooth. I opted to not even consider the RDX since MDX is smoother, and TLX is smoother than MDX due to weight considerations.

A belated congrats, Ron. Weren't you the one posting all the stories and spyshots before the release of the TLX? Ah, those were fun times ... seems so long ago now. lol. I doubt my next car will be an Acura, either. Good luck on yours! I haven't seen one in person, but I love that coupe from what I've seen of it

The RX F-Sport is pretty sharp, but it doesn't have any performance upgrades from the regular RX... just cosmetic changes. RX is more of an upgrade from an RDX or downgrade from an MDX in terms of size.
