I did the same thing yesterday, but my 04 had 230,000 and got hail damaged a couple weeks ago. Insurance is cutting me a check for over $6000, I was shocked. The new to me 2012 is all wheel drive and has so many bells and whistles...I just wish it was a manual like the last one

It was in terrible condition. Replaced the radiator twice in two months. Car has broken down a handlful of times in last 6 months. Leather seats were in terrible condition. Lots of rips in the leather. And visible damage on front and rear bumper. I can't imagine how much they will have to put in to my car to get any money for it. Honeslty 1k was a steal. I would have been happy with $700.

I do my own servicing so car (a 2010) has not been to the dealer or anywhere else except for a speaker replacement under warranty.
It is very fast and gets excellent mileage on the highway.
There are various pros and cons when debating fwd versus awd, but I'm very happy with fwd only.
It seems (from reports on here) that the 3.7L and the awd cars have more problems than the 3.5L versions.
I traded in my 2005 Acura TL Silver with 179,500 Miles on John Eagle Acura last Thursday and got $1,500 for it (i haggled for $500 more at least) and i got myself a 2012 Acura TL Silver w/ Tech Package with 48,000 miles as well and i am loving it =) I love how smooth yet fast the car can drive and how good the sound system is. I hope you enjoy your car!!
