How could I beat this tint ticket in Chicago??

Just to update everyone from my experience I got another ticket for my tints. I did the same thing like i did before. I requested a hearing. When i got the hearing date i went in and didnt even have to say a word. The last time i went this is exactly how it went:
Judge:"Raise your hand..blah blah blah"
Me: "I do."
Judge: "This is ticket number blah blah blah." Then more "blah blah blah." "Sir, do you have any questions so far?"
Me: "Uhh noo..."
Judge: "Blah blah blah. We hear by dismiss this ticket. Please come up to the stand."
Me: "Do i pay anything?'
Judge: "No sir."
Me: "Fa sho. I hope you have a great weekend."
The "blah blah blah" part was the time when I zoned out and started thinking about some random things haha.
But in the end, I got two tickets and I didnt pay for either one of them. And if you guys are wondering where I went for the hearing? i went to the City of Chicago on Addison.
