I was wondering if there was enough interest in the annual BBQ meet in Lemont this year? I will throw this thread out there and see if we can get enough people to make it worth while.

Sure we always have a token BMW, Infinity or Accord show up. It is generally an AcuraZine meet due to space limitations, we'd never be able to handle something as big as the mega meets.

I will post some pictures of the parking lot my company leased last year. It might be a better spot.

 

I am in. It'll be great to meet some of you guys. I see so many TLs on the road here in Chicago but most are OLD people.

i would suggest a forest preserve in the area with some good parking, maybe a park with a basket ball court for a game or a good field for some soccer or football

 

I am still able to secure the lot in Lemont. In fact we have two locations to choose from. I still have access to a grill, electricity for a refrigerator and washrooms if thats the way we want to go.

 

I agree with this... Unless people want to play sports... Does this place have a place to play...

 

No Hoop but plenty of space to throw bags or set up a vball net or something, no problem.

I would be so down if my car wasnt scratched to hell, I should have my paint fixed my mid October. I know up here that is pushing it into the winter time frame.

Based on the traffic in our regional section were going to need all four of my cars for a decent meet.

 

Here in chicago there isn't much traffic. but come this summer... I will try my best to keep all of you up to date on what is going on...
