Do I have too much or too little transmission fluid

After 15 years of owning Honda/Acura cars I still can't figure out the ATF level. I snapped some pictures on different days between 60-90 seconds and here's what's on the dip stick:

Sorry about the big pictures and thanks for the help.

best thing to do is drain and refill with 3.3 quarts!

You have to check the fluid with the engine at operating temp, within 60-90 seconds of shutting off the engine.

4 out of 6 pictures were overfilled.
2 out of 6 pictures were severely low on ATF.

I will take the overfilled as a first guess.
Correct level should be between the 2 dots when the vehicle has reached full operating temp (Almost half the engine needle temp).
When vehicle is full cold it should be at top dot or slightly above.

NEVER should be on the low dot or below the low dot.

Well, that's what I did and the readings are completely off. Also, this is not 6 different readings. Those are 3 readings; the problem is that one side it shows it's too low and the other that it's too high. Which one do I go by?

It could be oil clinging to the dipstick as it's pulled out of the tube. Honestly, the best way is to fill up with 3.3 and go from there, mine does give difficulty sometimes reading but most of the time it's between the 2 dots
