this driver's side of the under cowl is a massive PITA to remove - I ended up lifting the loose end (center engine), putting my wrist underneath this end (at the quarter panel/driver's side) and bumping from underneath. I'm still not sure how I got the sucker back in, but I did after several loooooooong minutes.
