Work smarter, not harder... Then I used a plastic blade wrapped in a clean shop towel to roll the adhesive off

As I was pulling out from the grass parking spot and turning right I didn't see the metal charcoal bin laying on its side and this happened. Fortunately the door and rim is fine...I was pretty bummed, but it can be fixed (girl who won't park the car under a pine tree)
