Hole cut. Not very hard at all. I used a dremel to score all around the line and broke it off in 6 pieces.

Dynamat applied and included speaker mounting plate installed. Also Dynamatted around the inside of the cutout for added dampening.

Clearance from rear speaker magnet and window track. I would have put the window down but I disconnected all the harnesses when I pulled the door panel off. There is over an inch of space between the window and magnet.
