ZDX Size vs Pilot 2005 Size

We got a ZDX Type S to replace our very old Honda Pilot 2005. Despite the fact that the ZDX only has two rows and the Pilot had 3 rows, the ZDX still feels wider and longer. Is this just our imagination or is the ZDX similar/larger in size to the Pilot 2005? There is actually a lot of leg room in the second row for the ZDX while we still have a lot of cargo space for purchases, our dog, luggage, etc.

If only Honda/Acura published the dimensions of their cars…

Arrow ZDX sizing

I have a 2016 Pilot and I feel the same way. The ZDX seems to be longer and it does not completely fit in the parking spots. The nose is far too long and it seems difficult to align within the parking lines. I just have my ZDX for a couple of weeks so may take time to get used to the parking shenanigans.
