If you've ever seen one in real life, you'd never ever confuse it with a sedan sized car. Sure, that picture angle makes it appear shorter than it really is, but I don't know any sedans where people are eye level to the roofline
Good God what is Acura thinking with that grille

Not sure what to say of the changes. I still need to see one of these in person to judge. I thought the X6 was really really nice in pictures and then I saw it in person from the back and it looked disfigured. The proportions are all wrong.
I'm sorry but a vehicle like the ZDX and X6 will just have too much of a hard time trying to look nice. I like slammed cars because that looks hot, and I like lifted vehicles because they look badass..... and this whole in-between crossover ride height is neither.

the people are only eye-level with the roofline because when you lower a car in photoshop, you are also "lowering" the background. any persons near the camera become disproportionate (shorter). jesus, dont you guys know anything about photoshop

i think if i remove the background, and enlarge the wheels (now only point of reference) the car could easily appear more sedan/coupe like.

Those Legend Type II wheels are already available for the ZDX, but these would have to be custom powdercoated Gloss Black.
And the Rev-GT wheel only comes in 18", so I doubt it will look good on this car, lol.

If you have some spare time, possible to make that photo to black exterior and with the Lgend type II also?
(maybe add the side moulding & deck lip spoiler too? lol Or anyone know how to do good photoshop????
)
I want mine lowered now!
Request: Could some one Photoshop this from the rear lowered with mods? Just curious, for ideas.
I ordered a black w/ taupe. It's finally scheduled for construction this week after a month of waiting. Tech pkg w/ Running boards, spoiler, molding, splashguards and more...tbd... and the first thing I'm doing is blackening the beak. I am one of the few that actually like the new Acura beak but when I saw it black on a TL I knew I have to have it done. Now seeing this photo...
... I may have to lower as well.
If Acura color matched the beak on all their cars (such as earlier in this thread) it might appease some of the critics.

After seeing this lowered ZDX I realize Acura made a huge mistake with this "commanding stance" design. It really takes away a lot from the looks while adding almost nothing. Who is going to take this car off road anyway? Shame, it would have been more broadly appealing if it had a "car height" stance.
So True. It's the truck aspects I like the least. I'm coupe biased.
but maybe since it's off the MDX it couldn't be done or done cheap enough.
I assume lowering it would make the ride really rough and still have the higher side panels etc.

Only if i can afford one..
