ZDX Miles
I just returned from the Acura Dealer getting an oil change on the Z. They were in love......and told me I have the lowest mile cleanest ZDX they have seen. I looked around online and it seems all the ZDX cars available have alot of miles. Are my miles considered normal or is this true.
I've kept this car in a private collection mostly..... I just don't drive it and its too nice to daily. Are these going to be a collectors item.....or ???? My Z is a 2010 tech with 22,000 miles......and all the factory accessories. Where are all of your cars at?

I wouldn't hope that Z's would become collector cars, especially if they launch second generation some day. But keeping it stock gives a better chance for collector's demand.
Selling one of my Z's now - turbo modded one. Demand is quite scarce, but a few enthusiasts drool on it.

Your miles are crazy low !!!! That’s hard to do !
my 2010 has 67,000 cause I love so much I can’t stop driving it. Even if it never becomes a collector , the car is limited amount and a unusual beautiful timeless design so I’m keeping mine but I’m jealous of those low miles

I suppose if you have the garage (or warehouse) space, you could keep it as a collector car. I've always scratched my head when I hear the idea that the ZDX can be a collector car. I understand the limited production, but usually the "limited production" desirability is generated from a desirable car that was either sold in limited numbers (BMW 3.0CSL) or it was a limited version of a mainstream car (Shelby Mustang).
Japanese cars are just starting to receive love from collectors (relative to their American and Euro counterparts). I foresee cars like the Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4 and the Acura NSX-T getting much more love than the red-headed ZDX stepchild that was ahead of its time (design-wise). Plus it's basically a fast-back SUV; which I'm not sure will translate to collector car stardom. Don't get me wrong, I love the ZDX, but I'm going to drive mine rather than store it.
I've got 80K miles on my 2010 Advance ZDX and love every minute behind the wheel

Unless you've got ~100K you guys with 2010's are all below the average expected driven miles!
I think the low roof line (hard entry/exit) and limited actual usable interior space (especially for an SUV/Crossover)
I think it'll be remembered as a quirky car with design features that were ahead of it's time but not
very popular with the general public which will keep it from being collectible.
With that said, I had one as a loaner years ago and reviewed it and actually thoroughly enjoyed feeling
like I was in something special and different. Then again, I like the 4G TL so...

Zdx miles
My 2010 Advance has 73,000 miles and most would rather keep the miles down, me too! but unless your saving it for next generation , it may be best to enjoy it now. Mine not a daily driver due to we have 3 cars and have been working from home plus gas would kill me. But I doubt if these become a collector cars so since you live only once I enjoy ours and drive it. Someone here had 24,000? and 54,000? Some where in that area and that’s amazing Low miles.
I keep mine in very good shape including clear headlights which is a dead give away if they are cloudy and people thought mine was a new model and I’m sure yours too. A Gem of a car that’s still turning heads and no payments and reliable ! May not become a collector but still rare and forward design that’s still hanging in 2021.

My 2012 is near ten years, but only 70K mi. (fingers crossed). I wonder if any environmental/usage factors affect rubber deterioration? I seem to recall others have often ‘pushed the envelope’ to way over 100K and gotten away OK. But data re: excess time is elusive (?).

I thought about timing belt too! I got 74,000 on my 2010 but I think I can put off til maybe 85k. But years ago we had a Acura Legend Coupe I bought with 114,000 miles and did the belt soon as I got it home week later. Guy sold it to me said nothing has been done to car , well got belt changed but it looked new. Time is still a factor may not be a huge factor.
My 2004 Acura TL had 80,000 miles when I got rid of it in 2017. So my TL went 13 years with same timing belt.
