Wow, it weighs 5,400 lb. The ZDX was my first, and will be my only ~SUV type of vehicle. For me, the weight is a hinderance, and becomes more and more prevalent, especially when swapping back and forth between vehicles, at only ~4,450 lb. I agree that the ZDX is beautiful, and definitely has presence on the road since it's rare.

Do you need a new car, or do you simply want a new car?

Well I’m not crazy about the ideal of sacrificing my ZDX so we could sell 2017 QX70 Limited 44,000 miles but will see. I’m still waiting to hear if those Fisker Oceans will have service centers.

I would advise cautious, even though Fisker Ocean is dirt cheap. Fisker is a fraud and is on the verge of ending in a complete liquidation. $10k-$20k is still considerable amount of money , especially when the chance is high that the money will buy you headache.

You are right ! Buying one could be risky and I was thinking a dealer might step up and save them but so far none. Nissan almost did but backed out. I was going to sell our 2017 QX70 43k miles for the Ocean but spouse said no!! and no to selling her 2017 Q60 so that’s when I considered selling my 2010 to get a 2023 car.

I fell n love with the Ocean after the test drive but I kept thinking how hard it would be to sell my ZDX cause I may regret it. I do still love that car

I showed salesman pic of it and he said “ That car beautiful !” I wouldn’t. I said well the thought of selling mine scares me since Oceans are not being repaired currently but this dealer said they hope to be chosen to repair them.

So after reading more things about Fisker I decided not to. Now I would love to just buy one and keep our cars but wife is retiring next month or I would for sure risk it and buy one so no Fisker for me !
