I have used SuperChargers before, but not destination chargers. (and I have both adapters). I have a question about this one:

First, a PlugScore of 6.4 is hardly encouraging.
Second, I notice that non-Teslas have checked in there, so I should be able to use it, correct?
But, on the Tesla app it does not show up, so how would I initiate a charge?

I've emailed an inquiry to property management but who knows if they will respond. Maybe people here have some experience with Tesla L2 units.

 

I've never used that app. I have to look into it. But I do use Tesla's Magic Doc superchargers WITH their app when charging my i4 from time to time. As I have my i4 specified on the app, it automatically defaults to ONLY showing Magic Doc SCs, which are few and far between.

 

Thanks. But you're confusing SuperChargers (DC L3 fast chargers) with Destination Chargers (L2).

 

Well, the Tesla app shows both L2 and L3. Just so happens that the ones (Magic Docks that is) near me are fast chargers.

My daughter uses the Level 2 Tesla chargers for her Prologue down in Florida, which shows on the app. Granted, VERY few of them in central Florida.
