TC off but still no burnout?

I'm a bit surprised, and I must not have successfully turned off traction control as I thought I did. Surely an A-Spec RWD can spin a rear tire or two.

I went into the Home Screen, then to the second screen (swipe to the right), and there is an icon for Traction Control. Hit it, and dash momentarily said "traction control is off". Smash the throttle and it felt like it always does. Which means a bit sluggish at first and then fast, like it was trying to keep the tires under control. Still need to make a 0-60 run with my app and see what time I can get!

(Yes, I'm 57 and I want to lay some rubber people!)

Feels about as fast, which is fine by me. The extra money for the AWD wasn't something I wanted to spend. And I've had some very fast cars in my youth, including 80cc shifter kart racing, so you could say that is out of my system.
It's only been 17 days and the 'urge' has returned to your system?

On top of disabling TC, you need to disable ESC to have any chance of spinning the rear tires. However, ESC automatically kicks back in at around 30 mph, so your have a narrow window to play with. The initial ramp of power is quite mild from standstill on RWD, so maybe try WOT at 10mph with slight steering input, and see how it goes.
