So I got a free set of OEM 20's!
I work for an Acura dealership, and got a free set of the OEM chrome 20" wheels.
But, they are all curbed, one is pretty bad. I can get them fixed but they will have to be painted. And I still have to get some 20" tires.
I have a white 2010 ZDX tech package and am open to suggestions as to what color to have them painted.
I was thinking dark grey, black, Or maybe even white to match the paint on the ZDX.
Any ideas?

I vote for the dark grey with the white ZDX and the color would hide the brake dust and require little cleaning. I like black rims only if the car also has a lot of black trim.

Have you checked out Tire Rack? They have section where you can view your vehicle in any color with any wheel in the inventory that fits. You can see an Aspen White ZDX with 20" rims (or similar) and chrome, black, grey, etc... You can at least get a preview of how the ZDX might look like once the rims are repaired.

I did a quick render of some Ronjon Legends in hypersilver like paint on this white ZDX. IMO the hypersilver looks great with the white and matches the silver grille.
Food for thought.

Thanks for the suggestions. I think I'm going to go with a dark grey. I hopefully will have everything done in abouth a month, and will post pics when I'm done.
I have 3 of the wheels at my house now, the 4th should be released to me next week, then I'll buy tires, and have them re-finished. May also have the grill painted the same dark grey.

Here you go! I really love the wheels powder coated dark grey. Looks great on the white. The ZDX is very nice looking in white!

Hi Nodnarb901,
That is one sweet looking Z, Sir! ;-)
I wanted to change to 20" as well, but now, Wifey wants to change her car to something newer as well, so... the funds will go there...
So, how did you (or who) painted the wheel?
For (a cheaper) solution for me, I was thinking to paint the OEM wheels to grey or gun metal... Is this something that can be achieved?
If yes, how much approximately and will the paint be easily chipped/stained?
If you can shared your input, I really appreciate it.
Enjoy the ride... ;-)

They were powder coated a flat grey. Cost me about $200 for all four.
Had it done locally in Memphis through my job (work for an Acura dealership).
Powder coating should not chip or scratch like paint would. Plus I was told the chrome wheels couldn't be painted and would not turn out good.
The stock wheels would look good powder coated a dark color too.
Btw: my GM at work has a Dark grey zdx advance that he's going to do a set of OEM 20's in powder coated gloss black. I'll post pics when they are done.
