Seen Any Other ZDXs Around Your Town?

On Thursday, I was going out to lunch with a few of my friends;
On the other side of my office, I saw another AWP ZDX!!
That one without the spoiler though...

Honestly, I kind of had a mixed feelings about this:
I'm glad that there is another person (really close by) who likes the ZDX.
On another, I feel like not being that 'special' anymore: 2 white ZDXs at the same office... (we have a huge office though... ;-)

I know, I know, I can't be the only AWP ZDX in Dallas... but still...

Have A Great Weekend, Y'all!!

I totally understand where you are coming from. Its nice to be the lone ranger of all the cars running around. Thats one thing I loved about my NSX. Now I feel this car is even more rare then the NSX, which I love. I hate being like everyone else, that's what makes the ZDX special. Its funny I have now found two different ZDX's online with the same wheels im running and that bugs me, im already looking at different wheels.

I have only seen two different ZDX's on the road since production. Pretty cool I think we will see more once they come down in price a little bit.

On the other hand maybe that person saw yours and had to have one.

I think the more we drive our cars around the more people will buy them because we are advertising for Acura.

It's a two edge sword.

Believe it or not, when I was driving to buy my ZDX on 26 November an AWP was in the opposite lane of the two-lane highway just north of Indy!!! I had seen one other ZDX about a year and a half ago in Indy and that has been it.

Yup Yup!

Most my friends compliment the leather as well: 'Nice BROWN leather!!'

'Dude! It's NOT brown! It's Sumatra!'

LOL...

Good point, it's probably a toss-up on which one I see less of.

Not in my town. But it's NH and there aren't a ton of sexy cars around here. Seen a few X6s closer to Boston though.

Question: I know the Japanese are mum on production details but anyone knows how many they produce for N. America? My sales guy said 1400 a year. Not sure where he got the figure from. Google hasn't helped either.

Also, my brother is a mechanic here who's had a shop for 6-7 yrs in town and he said he's never seen one come in - not even for a state inspection.

I saw one pull up next to me in a parking lot just as I was coming back from a test drive of an X6. I never even knew they existed be fore that. Once I saw it, I figured it out quick and owned one 5 days later

Lol you guys are lucky. I end up seeing a zdx at least once a week but then again I do live in Ny.. But I rather see more zdx's because that means more zdx's are being sold therefore my resale goes up & besides I've only seen 1-2 white ones and 1 which my friend owns other than that I've only seen black & 1 or 2 silver's.

I used to see the same ZDX almost everyday when I had to drive across the San Mateo bridge every morning. Now I almost never see a ZDX. Then again, I have a 2005 RL and I almost never see that car, either.

I can honstly say that I dont think I have seen any at all here in Jax. Mostly run by TSX, TL, and MDX models. I have only seen about three or four of my RDX.

When I was at the dealership about a month ago I checked one out, and they are much larger than what meets the eye. Maybe my next venture

I have seen 5 within the last 6 months of ownership. 3 of the sightings was the same white loaner. 1 was a blk base model and 1 was a brand new 2012 grigio with tech.

I think in Hawaii the dealer only sold 4 including mine(3 2010 and 1 2012). They still have 3 brand new 2010 on the lot (2 blk tech and 1 adv silver) The dealer also has 2 white tech loaners.

Its honestly nice to see them on the road once in a while but dont want it to get to tsx numbers.

I see a lot of x6's on the road. I know 4 people who have or had them. 3 sold and 1 still has his.

Haven't seen another 2013 yet since I bought mine earlier this summer. Occasionally I'll see a 10, 11, or 12. That beak really stands out. I love rare cars.

I finally saw a black ZDX in my town after about 6 months of ownership. If that one is local, then there are two ZDX's here.

I have only seen two in the flesh since I sold mine almost a couple years ago. If you have a ZDX your a pretty cool person IMO! But a lot would disagree with me. The ZDX will always be special to me.

I run into about one a week, but usually the same ones... Though Seattle does seem to have a higher density of SUVs.

I've seen:
2013 - Black - Seahawks season ticket holder license plate frame - Oddly, it was parked right outside of my condo in Belltown.
2010-12 - White - Middle-aged black lady in Queen Anne, I see this one the most.
2010-12 - Dark Grey - This one is parked pretty consistently in my neighborhood.
2010-12 - Silver - In the north Seattle area, looks like a younger Asian guy driving it. Waved at him when I drove by, he looked at me like "...huh?"
