RL to ZDX?

anyone go from 2G RL to ZDX?
I have RL in shop and got ZDX as a loaner. Seems like a nice ride although view out the rear view mirror seems a bit odd

I went from a 2006 RL with nav to ZDX advance.

I was hesitant to do so as I was worried that it would not be as nice as the RL.

There are a few things that the RL did have that the ZDX does not, such as one touch closing moon roof, articulating headlights, auto rear windows, rear sunshade.

But there are many things that the ZDX does have that are better than my RL: 6 speed transmission, cooled seats, upgraded nav with improved voice control and ipod and HD.

I am not a proponent of SUVs but ZDX does give a ride height that is somewhere between regular SUVs and sedans. It drives as well as my RL.

Overall, I am happy with the change.

Thanks for info. I think the only thing I would miss is the articulating headlights. Surprised that it does not have that.
The NAV screen is beautiful though.

getakey - I never really found the articulating headlights to make much difference; granted, I did not do much night driving on curving roads. The ZDX does have Bi-xenon headlights, which the RL did not.

The nav screen is much better than the RL.

Plus, the voice command control of the HD and ipod is amazing.

Justnspace - thanks
