I kinda brought up the ideal of the ZDX making a comeback a couple of months ago and now Carand Driver are talking about it wow cool.

That would be awesome news. I love my 2010 ZDX but it would be great to buy a second gen of this car with updated technology. There are so many cross-over SUV/coupes now on the market from Mercedes, BMW, Lamborghini, Toyota and others. The ZDX was really ahead of its time and almost 10 years later, still looks as modern as any concept car. Hopefully a ZDX 2.0 would have some of the sleek styling of the Acura Precision Concept and the NSX, both of which were designed by Michelle Christensen. She also designed the original ZDX. Apparently Acura execs have some initial mockups of what a new ZDX would look like. Can't wait to see this happen.

I read this as well. And I read that those execs are ready to give the green light (if it hasn't happened already).

I love the idea of a new ZDX. I've always scratched my head as to why Acura decided to invest money in keeping the RL/RLX alive when large traditional luxury sedan sales continue to slide. Expand on the MDX-morphes-into-the-coupey-ZDX strategy and make a true luxury flagship (obviously the small volume NSX is the sports car flagship).
