New type of app problem
New type of app problem
Normally I'm used to the app misbehaving by taking a long time to sync before it finally says "I can't do it". Recently it has been sync'ing in a respectable amount of time BUT GIVING BACK WRONG DATA. Specifically state-of-charge. Everything appears as if the sync was successful, but the data is wrong. State of charge and estimated miles are both wrong. For example, saying 66% when the battery is really at 60%. And no indication from the app that anything went wrong, it looks like everything went correctly. Ugh.
At least the old fail mechanism let you know something went wrong.

FYI, my EV app has been broken for many days. It cannot talk to the mothership at all. I have the alternative Logue app. That one can establish connection eventually, but reports lots more connection errors lately.
My conclusion: something is broken in the Honda backend (yet again).

So your app actually connects to the car? Our did initially when we got the car but then stopped. We ignored it for a long time but finally I called Acura to have it fixed. It took them more than a month when they finally fixed it. It worked one time and then stopped working again. So you are saying, it works for you now, just wrong data (which is still not helpful).
