you wont be able to see. anything above 6000 Kelvin is purple and has less lumens available...ie; the color band sucks for visibility and it will be less bright.
do as you wish, but there's a reason why it's freakin $10....

they sell their own brand of HID's called the Morimoto brand. they are $40 for a pair.
these Morimotos will be waaaaaaaay better than the trash you linked
