droning noise
Hello all,
I have a question that I would appreciate some advice.
I have a 2010 ZDX advance. About 3 months ago, I noticed a droning noise from the engine that is present from about 60 mph to 80 mph. Above or below that speed range, the droning abates.
My dealer looked the car over for about a day and could not find anything wrong. They chalked it up to the worn low profile 20" tires. I have about 45,000 miles on yokohama prada spec X 175/40/20.
So, I bought new tires. But, the noise persists. It is present whether I am pressing the accelerator or the brake. As long as the vehicle is moving at that speed range from 60 mph to 80 mph, the droning is present.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
