Cracking paint inside of door
What should I do about this...? It's only on the rear passengers side. Should I just sand it down a bit and brush a coat of paint on there? Contact Acura?

Doubtful but you can try! It's called goodwill after all, maybe you'll catch them on a good day!
Honda paint has never been very reliable and their clear has always been very thin as well.
