Cold Air Intake

Just curious...has anyone in the group installed a cold air intake in their ZDX? I haven't but was thinking that might squeeze a bit more performance out of the engine. Any thoughts???

You do realize your ZDX came from the factory with a CAI; don't you?

If you wanted to squeeze any more power you'll need to go custom and make a 4 inch diameter tube via material of your choosing.... aluminum piping or plastic piping.

Then your limiting factor will always be the throttle body.
Which of course the factory ECU will react to the extra air and force itself back to stoichiometry, or try to. Most times resulting in a lean condition

With all that have been said. On second thought, because its a CPO with an extended warranty I better leave it alone for now. I would hate for my warranty to be voided. Thanks
