Best Price for 2010 AWD + Tech Clearance

What is the best price anyone has gotten for the clearance of 2010 AWD + Tech right now. Considering a purchase but only if the price is low enough.

I picked up my 2010 SH-AWD Tech 6MT yesterday. I got it for around 41k... Traded in my 07 TL Navi.
