I was a Zaino user but decided to try Ultima when I recently ran out of Zaino. I used to use a clay bar followed by Zaino Z2 with ZFX accelerator and Z8 spray seal. Today I used Ultima Elastrofoam Paint Cleaning System followed by Ultima Paint Guard Plus. The short answer is that they both give an excellent shine but Ultima is a whole lot easier to apply. I don't know yet about water beading etc. since it's summer but when I wash it again in a week I have the verdict on that. The only difference that I can see is that I loved with Zaino how when you were done you could toss a microfiber towel on the hood and it would be so slippery it would just slip off the hood by gravity. Ultima doesn't do that and I'm not sure what that means in terms of the finish but they both look great. Ultima is so much easier to apply that unless there are any durability/water beading issues, I'll probably stick with it. Anyone else have experience with both?
