Zaino and new car
I've read the Zaino 101 thread and really appreciate how simplified the steps were. My only question is the Zaino steps on a new car (1 week old). Is it better to dawn the new car and clar bar? Does the dealer put anything on the car that should be taken into account before starting the process. This will be my first Zaino let alone on a new car so I am a little concerned about doing it right the first time.
Thanks everyone.
Thanks everyone.

My suggestion is definetly to clay it at least. Dawn isnt really necessary if you clay the car. Most of the time a claybar is which a VERY VERY VERY VERY fine abrasive will strip most waxes out there. My suggestion is use Z7 wash then clay, then proceed to apply the Zaino. Just did it on my dad's 06 Lexus GS300. Looks better then when he took delivery!

Hello all.....
I thank you again for all the replies...
It is cool to get the proper feedback from members :-)
Yes, I will do the Clay Bar step as I have read the many benefits!!
I think the reason most "NEW" car owners are afraid of, Try something that they are not use to, Hence was me, but I now see the many benefits!!!!
Will send a photo when all is done on the TSX.......!!
Thanks again
