Yellow spots

Yellow spots
OK - just picked up a white 96 2.5 TL....it came with an Acura Bra in the trunk - so, liking the look I put it on.....yesterday decided to hand wash and took it off - only to find that now I have yellow spots underneath where the bra was. Anyone have any idea why and what I can do to get them off?
